1 Arrival & Welcome Night Airport → Seminyak
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport and transfer to the private villas. After check in, enjoy a welcome cocktail reception followed by an authentic Balinese welcome dinner and trip briefing.
2 Strategy Offsite & Beach Leisure Seminyak
Begin with breakfast followed by the first four hour strategy offsite session with AV support. Enjoy a curated beachside lunch before free time for beach activities, surfing or spa experiences. End the day with a sunset rooftop dinner.
3 Ubud & Team Building Seminyak → Ubud
Transfer to Ubud and explore the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. Check in to the jungle villa before taking part in a Bamboo Bridge team building challenge. Finish with a family style Balinese dinner.
4 Temple, Strategy & Cooking Experience Ubud
Visit Tirta Empul Holy Spring Temple before the second four hour strategy session. Later, participate in a Balinese cooking masterclass followed by dinner featuring dishes prepared by the team.
5 Uluwatu & Cultural Evening Ubud → Uluwatu
Travel to Uluwatu and enjoy free time for the beach, surfing or a cliff walk. Visit Uluwatu Temple before watching the sunset Kecak Fire and Dance Ceremony, followed by a seafood dinner overlooking the ocean.
6 Awards & Gala Night Uluwatu
